Personal data we process We may process your name, email address, phone number, preferred language, booking details, selected services and add-ons, appointment notes, attendance status, payment status, customer messages and technical records needed to keep the booking service secure. Why we use your data We use your data to create and manage appointments, confirm or change bookings, provide the requested services, keep accurate service and payment records, respond to messages, prevent misuse of the booking system and comply with legal obligations. Legal bases We process booking and service data because it is necessary to take steps requested by you and to provide the service. We keep accounting or legally required records to comply with legal obligations. We may use limited operational records for our legitimate interests in running a safe, reliable appointment service and resolving disputes. Where we ask for consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
